Shivdev Training Academy is a professional training institution committed to strengthening well-being, and human development across corporate environments, schools, and healthcare settings. Since its establishment in 2010, the academy has built a strong reputation for delivering ethical, practical, and accessible training that empowers individuals and organisations to support wellbeing with confidence and competence.
The Academy’s work is grounded in the vision and leadership of the founder, Meena Mistry, a Wellness Advocate with over 25 years of experience in strategic management, coaching, and holistic wellbeing. Under her guidance, Shivdev has grown into a multidisciplinary team with more than 50 years of combined experience across the health, education, and corporate sectors. This collective expertise allows the Academy to translate psychological and wellness principles into practical tools that support emotional regulation, mental health ,resilience, and self-leadership.
We specialise in creating continuous learning environments that blend theory with experiential practice. Our programmes are delivered through blended learning platforms, interactive workshops, and real-world application methods ensuring that participants not only gain knowledge but develop the confidence to apply it meaningfully in their daily environment.

ABOUT SHIVDEV TRAINING ACADEMY
Healthcare is moving into a new era where alternative and managed health requires training. People want to manage their and their patient’s needs by new innovative courses with CPD accreditation. The concept of health management enhances the learner’s ability to internalize and utilize the information received through coaching and guidance after the training intervention.
ABOUT SHIVDEV SPORTS
We aim to create a platform which enables Sport players their coaches and parents to enhance existing or learn new skills in a safe environment. Players will be able to approach games with a growth mindset, coaches will be able to provide coaching through enhanced interpersonal relationships (emphasis on developing counselling and communication skills) and parents will learn effective coaching skills ( technical as well as relationship skills)
